Check the left/right stickers on the wheel legs and make sure they’re inserted in the correct direction.

This sound is caused by friction between the rubber and the floor. It is not a defect. (Glide Ski recommended)

It helps the connecting pipe fold smoothly, and can be wiped off with tissue or a dry cloth.
Due to its folding structure, the left and right sides of the center frame differ in size. It may appear slightly bent, but this is not a defect.
The locking pin is not a button and must never be pressed. If it was pushed due to user mishandling, self-repair is not possible, so please request a paid after-sales service.
If the folding lock button remains hidden or doesn’t pop up even after fully unfolding the handle, please request after-sales service.
